1. Service description and provider

GooUX (the “Service”) is a SaaS platform operated by Altea Software S.r.l. (the “Provider”) — registered office Via Werner von Siemens 29, 39100 Bolzano (BZ), Italy; VAT and tax code IT01587030212; registered with the Bolzano Company Register, REA BZ-130680; share capital €10,000 fully paid-up — for the analysis of websites: SEO quality, accessibility, security headers, sitemap monitoring, content generation, structured data and other related tools. The Service is provided through a web interface, scheduled scans and email reports.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account and accepting these Terms at profile completion, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have authority to bind your organization (if registering on behalf of one), and that you agree to be bound by this agreement.

The Provider may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, with or without refund depending on the severity of the violation.

6. Availability and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” on a best-effort basis. No SLA is guaranteed unless agreed in writing as part of a custom enterprise contract.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider's aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its source code, design, brand and documentation are owned by the Provider. Reports and analyses produced for your domains are yours to use commercially. AI-generated content (ALT text, Open Graph, Schema.org, marketing copy) is delivered without warranty of originality; you remain responsible for any further review.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and tracked by version. Continued use of the Service after a new version is published implies acceptance of the new version. The version you accepted is recorded in your profile.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Bolzano, Italy.
